• Referral to third-party financing partners for down payment assistance
• Insurance consultation and customer service

LumiQuote acts as an independent insurance broker and is not an insurance carrier. All insurance policies are underwritten by licensed third-party insurance companies.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a state where we are licensed to operate
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. User Accounts and Information

When you submit a quote request or application through our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your information or any other breach of security. LumiQuote will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. Quotes and Insurance Placement

Insurance quotes provided through our Services are estimates based on the information you provide. Final premiums and coverage terms are determined by the insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting review. A quote does not constitute an offer of insurance or a binding contract.

LumiQuote reserves the right to decline to submit your application to certain carriers or to refuse service to any person for lawful reasons.

6. Financing and Down Payment Assistance

LumiQuote partners with third-party financial institutions to offer financing options for insurance premium down payments. All financing is subject to credit approval by the respective lender. LumiQuote is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Terms and conditions of any loan or financing agreement are between you and the financing partner. LumiQuote receives compensation from financing partners for referrals. This compensation does not affect the terms of your loan or the cost of your insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LumiQuote website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LumiQuote or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Harvest or collect information about other users
• Use automated means to access or scrape our website

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LumiQuote and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.

LumiQuote's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to LumiQuote (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fresno County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
